Best Way to Chargeback on Paypal

I invested with someone online for a decent sum of money, when it came time to pay back, the guy ran. He had someone exchange paypal to MB for him, so I'm looking to chargeback the money on my paypal. What is the best selection for chargeback to do for the best chance of receiving my money back? Service? Virtual Goods? Other Intangible goods?

You can try opening a dispute, if your claim is genuine enough,You should be able to get back your funds

 

Just raise the dispute and tell Paypal that the other party engaged in money exchanges without a license which is against Paypal's Acceptable Usage Policy. I am sure they would take action against the parties involved. This should be considered services.

 

Won't I get in trouble if I say that, or no?

 

Were you one of the party involved in the money exchanges or you are not directly involved in that ?

 

U will not get ur money if u paid from your paypal balance and selected "services" as mode of payment.If u paid by credit card,then just call your bank and open a dispute.

 

just open a dispute,if you choosed service so forget about your money.
