Best way to buy/sell domains in forums ?

I always preferred using services like SEDO.com etc. but what is the best way to avoid theft/fraud while buying and selling domain names via forums (example digitalpoint) ?

Why not use PayPal? You don't have to pass on the domain until u actually get the money..

 

And why should I trust him and give him the money before he gives me the domain?
