Best way to build Backlinks.

Well I would like to see the article which you propose to do. One thing with back links 100 links from one site is not important. 1 link from 100 sites is important.
Do follow blogs is an excellent Idea too.

Suprisingly, one that hasn't been said is sponsoring WordPress themes. It's not very popular, but IMO it will be soon. They provide vast ammounts of backlinks, and as WordPress userbase grows, the scope for more backlinks increases.
Go over the the Link Sales forum and see what you can get your hands on - $30 for a couple of hundred permanment backlinks is good value IMO.

What do you guys think?

 

The only problem I have with this method is if they change their theme/the theme gets old, you will lose a tonne of backlinks...but in the short run if the theme has been successful then you should see a big increase in backlinks.

 

i found no using, i made 100 dofollow in Directory, but have not traffic to my blog!

 

Building backlinks is quite tedious but it gives great results. I've been commenting on blogs and forums in trying to increase the PR of my new blog. I less than 3 months, I got a PR of 1. Not bad. Working on the same process for the next PR update. Don't make your comments Spammy though. Try to give as useful and provide quality content as possible. This is a great thread. Thanks for starting.

 

Honest all of them are a good way to build some back links. There are no such thing as a best way. What you really need to do is to be consistent on building some back links.

 

I think You just made a very good suggestion. This will be a great method to create back links. I love to hear ideas like this. more and more out of the box ideas. Get to that mood friends. Let us find new, little used back linking ideas.

 

sponsoring WordPress themes...who gives a shit for wordpress?

 

There are services where you could post your articles with a few dofollow links. Then bloggers connected to this service will copy your article and post it as their own, they are not allowed to change it so your links will be intact. Seems very good to me - but of course the service costs a few dollars.

I think this will provide very good link building.

 

I recommend Twitter as the easiest to get mammoth results. YouTube if you want a the latest in backlink success.

Yea, I think that the best way to go about backlinks is to put good anchor links and to do it slow and steadily.

2. most efficient
3. most effective

back links are to comment on .EDU or .GOV blogs / research / school online papers. Hands down, it beats all the rest of that rat race to get back links. 1 link to a .EDU and .GOV will catapult you to the top. God help you if you get 5 from each. Any more and you start competing with wikipedia and google itself. If you concentrated on just posting to .EUD and .GOV most of your other efforts will look like you weren't working at all.

If you could actually get quoted as a source IN WIKIPEDIA, holy hell man... you'd be dangerous indeed. I'm very anal about my knowledge, so for me this is all a possibility. I do have links in .gov and .edu. and wikipedia.

Once you get into that realm of backlinks, then you start getting backlinked to by the lesser sites. You chose a niche normally because you know something about it. Read up and become and expert. Have people come to you asking you questions.

 

Just made a very valid suggestion. I think getting a link from edu and gov sites requires a lot of knowledge. SPam posts will not be tolerated there. But the thing that fascinated me is is WIKIPEDIA. I tried to join and make posts but it seems little difficult. Can somebody help me how to get listed there. I agree with you that we must have knowledge to back if we are to post at WIKIPedia, gov and edu blogs

 

I dont think so....i have submit to thousand directory ...but they dont give me backlink ...i have check on google ....

But if u get backlink from Dmoz i think its different case....maybe

Well many of these directories inorder to avoid penalty by Google are providing links with No follow Tags. It is very much useless. They do not inform you upfront about this..

The only real problem with do follow blog commenting in building backlinks is that many of these blogs switch to "no follow" after they get spammed like crazy. After they switch to no follow all of those links go right out the window as far as link juice is concerned.

 

This used to be good but most blogs now are nofollow and the ones that are follow have strict rules against anchor text and links.

For me blog posting is now a waste of time.

 

sometimes I make backlinks for my main site by myself, by useing free blog from blogspot or wordpress. They are easy find index by search engine. Profit: I can put all my seite in one blog by copy paste only. Unfortunately, it's just new blog, so PR - 0. I want to say 4-5 month next. Thanks
