    There are a few ways to go about this I would imagine. My first thought is probably wpmu>marketpress>go cardless since you are in the UK.

    Your example is a tad ghetto as its simply iframing stuff from sites that look the same. Getting it up is not so much the issue here as automagically paying folks would be. But its doable in network mode. Think something almost like ETSY, just delivering food.

    I would need to ask a few questions to be a bit more specific.
