best way to block traffic from India on display/content network?

One of the problems I have with the display network is that I continue to get traffic from India which is of no use to me.

I found the IP exclusion tool and have a list of India-based IPs, however they only allow you to enter 20 IPs which is not enough even when entering them as wildcards.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do? or how do you deal with this problem? Is there maybe a way to block all non-US countries? or maybe a list of the top 20 india-based IPs?

I'm already targeting US-only on all campaigns, however the traffic is still coming from India and when I contacted Google all they could say is that their system will always have a certain % of traffic that is not properly geo-targeted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried adding India to the countries you want to exclude? No just the IP, the whole country,

hmm how do you exclude a country? I've only been able to exclude IPs and include countries, but not exclude.

    Try this:
    1. In your campaign settings go to Locations
    2. Choose the countries you want to show your ads including India
    3. Click on the link that says Exclude areas within selected locations
4.Expand India (press the + sign) You will see a list of states in India
    5. Click on all of them. They should appear as red markings on the map.
    6. That should do it.
See it makes a difference after a couple of days.
