Have a strong coffee,have a talk with your lovely ones, listen and sing louder to rock music, any one of these can make stress free.
Relax, take it easy, and have a hot relaxing bath and think of nothing important. Remind yourself "never worry over the small problems in life, AND remember all problems are small problems" they come and they go. Its only when you hold on that they don't go away. So to me its about letting go of the things that stress you. Say to your self "This too will pass". and then take a deep breath in and smile on the breath out(sigh). That's what i do.
Just listen to that u like most or go out with friends for long drives. Spent some time reading novels, comics, and spent some time with small children. Just feel relax and create a atmosphere that u like most. Just forget the thought that u are in stress.
Exercise as in spend 20 min of speed walking, and maybe 1 or 2 min of running, do it till it feels good and your body let's go it's tenseness. That is enough to help, but if you have access to a sauna or steam room use that after and meditate and relax in it. Also be grateful for all the positive things you encountered each day.
