What is repeated verification  As far as i know you need to verify only once at paypal to get yourself verified there

Regarding limitations if you provide them true information about yourself then there is no need to worry about that as you can easily submit your identity if they ask you to do so.

    DON.

Yup.Once is enough. There is no need to verify twice...
Paypal allows just 2 accounts per person..Don't use proxy..

After your account is verified using a bank-issued bank account or credit card, you would not need to verify again as long as you keep them in your account. The only reason why you would get limited after that is that Paypal has risen a red flag over your transactions. Just send them the proper sales and delivery documentations and you should be fine. Do not engage in prohibited activities and do not use fake IDs or details to sign up for your account with. As long as you do things above board and use the proper business tools, you should be fine.

When you receive money from sales, either use the Buy Now button, Subscription or the Request Money/Paypal Invoice method. Do not get your customer to send you the money using Send Money option. It is a little more work but you be thankful that you did.
