What do you guys think its the best way to advertise my new proxy? Site: View-The.net I use Happy Proxy script so the page it enctipted so traffic from searches are going to be close to 0% How can i get this popping so word of mouth kicks in? This site has a 99% chance to be unblocked at schools and work so i need to get the word out. Any tips or tricks? Thanks
Well, i've just got to ask - are you going to monetize it? As far as getting your answers, go to the search feature on this forum and type "proxy discussion thread" - you'll get a 30+ page thread that will get you all the answers and more on proxies.
I dont get why you guys waste your time with short term crap like proxies and stuff. Just build a real business Im only trying to help, dont like it.. no problem
fyi proxy's are a business just so you know on couple of my proxy's i make more then i do on all my other sites. Easy money for not a lot of work if you do it right.
The target audience should be the ones who use Myspace, Orkut, Facebook etc. from school/colleges and their schools/colleges have filters. Tell them that your proxy can bypass these filters and you can access these sites
Yeah I guess I see things differently. Id rather build 1 or 2 longterm businesses rather than keep trying to think of a new site once another fizzles out. How much $$ are talking about? (dont have to tell me of course)
You make it sound like it's a constant cycle. Proxies last longer than a week, just so you know. I'd love to have a longterm business, though . As far as to keep things on subject: work on your SEO. Don't bother with top-sites, proxy lists, or MySpace bulletins. Good luck.
low to mid $$ per day and all are new and using crap for ads im in the search for better CPM ads right now.
Too many proxy topsites. They don't work. At least my proxy list I operate is free, no backlink required on your part, and provides you a free backlink. I hand check every proxy site added to make sure it's not a dead link or dead site. There's no catch, no copying and pasting links (or buttons that are slow to load, thus slowing down your site's loading). No mess.
