Best way to accept payments AND uploads from a customer?

    After a user pays, they need to be able to upload a photo and provide some info which then gets send to my email.

    Any services jump to mind that would be suitable for this? Thanks

    Cool, how easy would it be to implement? Would I just have to paste some code onto the page? I already have a paypal account that accepts biz payments

    logiforms.com - create any form you want. $24.95/mth. Direct paypal to this page after payment complete. You don't say whether you need secure upload, but logiforms provides it. I switched to this for some sites because although I could make my own code, you can make multiple forms with decision based drop downs and drip emails.
