i need to send some money for india from my paypal. what is the best way for send money (expect Xoom they decline my payment every time here is last time transaction https://www.xoom.com/trackxfer?invoice=X031185675103535 )
i need to send $60 to 100 every month who can help this

Can't you just use electronic transfer from your bank account to your payee's account? PayPal is not governed by any financial rules really ... unlike banks which are legitimate financial institutions. PayPal may or may not limit your account according to PayPal's AUP rules, so using them seems like a worse method than simply using your bank to make the payments online.

 

u r from India ... have an Indian bank account ... add it to paypal and u will get ur withdrawn funds in ur bank account in 7 days ... normally i takes 3 - 4 days
