best way of link exchange?

    hi all of you i need help you i ask my question how to link exchange with pr site added easy and i have hotel related site i am working on the site for a log time but give a best result no high traffic and not top ranking for google i am all ready seo all off page optimization but not high traffic so i request all of you plz suggest me how to increase free high traffic and top ranking.

    i am using these techniques for website traffic solutions :-

    1. First Use Fresh and Quality content
    2. Do Submissions in Social Book marking
    3. submit your site in some quality classified sites.
    4. get the Forum lists of related category and start the forum posting
    5. link building with related category
    6. Blog posting with quality content
    7 write the Articles and post in high ranking Article directories


    Sure, you will get the best reults if you Can do proper steps.

    If your site has no PR yet and you want to exchange link with high pr site, try to use 3-way link exchange. Offer him that you add his site to one of your site that has pr already and in return, he must add your new site.
