    management can cost you lots of money,it is best to have a server unmanaged and then hire smeone to secure your server for once and for all,these kind of jobs are only occures one time only when you get your server ordered,rest is done using crons

    Yes, you should buy an unmanaged VPS/Dedicated, you can learn very much from managing your server :D
    I can suggest some cheap VPS, have a look at my signature :D

    Breezehost is offering 50% discounts on their managed server services cost. I am not sure if the offer is still up but you can try this asking them.
