Can anyone recommend a good virtual assistant company? What do they do for you and what is the cost.

virtual assistants are predominantly employed for undertaking any tasks that does not warrant physical presence which includes but not limited to online research , forum posting , email or phone customer support and all that comes along with that.

You need to pay a monthly fee to use them.
I would not recommend it as sites with virtual assistants are extremely annoying, and I simply close the site immediately a virtual assistant starts talking to me.

Not all virtual assistants are annoying but some of them are . The rate depends upon what you want them to do ......

They have done studies showing that these are very ineffective and many people feel like there getting thrown to the side by the company such as the company can't have a live person to answer their questions.

http://www.b2kcorp.com/ (brickwork) is known to do a good job, they are actually about the same price as hiring a college student for an internship or something.

Then there is http://www.elance.com/ You can place an offer on there and get VA's to bid on your specific job specs. elance is going to be cheaper than brickwork, but your mileage with the company you pick may vary.
