    What do you mean by Video sharing script like YouTube? There is one called PHPMotion, worth a shot.

    are you thinking to start a video sharing site ? It's not that much easy to control and upload videos, therefore I use another videos script where you don't need to upload any video, all videos are coming from Youtube, you have the chance to show adsense ads also... and all is about maybe 2 mb and you don't use high bandwith because videos are coming from Youtube :)

    It will be pretty hard to start out because there is just so much competition, unless your running an adult site.

    phpmotion is good but then the costs really begin after getting that free script. there are hosting costs and template costs as well.
