I gave Dinesh a reference website and left the rest to him. I was worried I'd have to ask him to make changes but I'm really happy with the result. The voiceover is effective, the pictures are bright, bold and high quality. The url is watermarked the whole way through. Good job!

I just wanted to drop by on this thread and tell DP members that Dimesh and his team does fabulous work. I'm a very hard sell, but when I got my video back from him, it was top notch, and I've only heard great comments because of it. He did take an extra day or soy past the deadline, but to me, it was well worth waiting for because he went the extra mile to add things I hadn't thought about adding in the video.

I don't know how his shorter videos are (1 min), but the longer ones are beyond worth the price he is asking.
