    For free one's, I recommend Snagit or BSR. Both give nice quality output videos imo.

    Personally I use DemoCreator for PC and ScreenFlow for MAC.
    I need some video editing features and plenty of putput video formats. Both of them work well, though they aren't the best.

    I'm using Camtasia and it is easy to use than Adobe premier. For games I use Fraps too.
