Best VCC to Verify PayPal With

    I am looking for a VCC to verify my PayPal account with since they won't accept my debit cards or credit cards. Which one do you guys recommend is the best?

    It's risky mate,where are you from?if you don't have CC,then you can use your parents bank account.
