Best utilisation of all in one seo plugin?

    plz tell how to use all in one seo effectively..

    how many tags to give in keyword...

    how should be title and description to be given

    Try to put keywords into title and description too, something like < title > Intel i5 CPU: how to overclock your Intel i5 Processor < /title > assuming that "intel i5" is your keywords it is repeated twice while not stuffing excessively...

    In plugin settings, you can give the title and description. I am preferably using SEO based theme you can check my sig.
    There is no need of All in one seo plugin, theme will take care of it.

    Is that theme based on a framework? How difficult is the learning curve to setup it?
