Best use of Idle Related Domains

I have about five sites where I push their SERP hard. To support them, and for eventual growth, I have about 300 other domains. Does anyone have any good insights or articles or data on the best way to use them?

I've parked many of them and the revenue is inconsequential. So I have about 200 that I would like to unpark and put to work. My choices:

    1. A simple 301 redirect to another domain or a relevant page on another domain.
    2. Put up a simple one page site with text and some relevant links to my other sites.
    3. Create a more elaborate site, usually by putting up Wordpress or attaching a blogger blog to it and intermittently writing in it.

Right now I mix and match based on my energy and mood. Oh yes, I host in four different places so by now, when I put up domains, it's far from the first on that hosting account.

I say 2 or 3. They could be useful for backlinks, less so if on same IP range.

You could then monetize the main site and maintain that one. Maybe even sell a small handful of links for related sites, in order to cover your costs.

Write for Associated Content or other and, if articles are rejected, post them to one of your related blogs. Make it all worth your time.
