I've got a 5-year old site that I never use, gets very little traffic, and has a PR2 for some reason. Now I'd like to take advantage of any benefits the age and PR might represent and do something with this site. I have alot of ideas about this, but rather than influencing what you might say, I'd really like to hear your suggestions on how best to use it? Thanks!
You could either sell the domain for a pretty decent site, or use it to start a new project. You could do a variety of pretty awesome things if the domain name is both unique and easy to remember.
One of the best ways - sell it to me Actually you can use it for SEO via 301 redirect to boost your rankings of the new website.
Depends on the sites niche but I would recommend spending some time building up the site. Get a little more traffic and sell it here on dp.
I can see nothing impressive on the site you have mentioned. Sooner or later, you gotta sell either the links or the domain itself to save yourself from further trouble.
read the article and tutorials then submit u r link in high ranking sites u r rank definitely boost up and u should have to do very good seo for u r site then u r site gives u benefits
I would just use this as a satellite site. A domain that old is going to get some respect, link it to a site you're trying to promote organically. Satellite sites are one of the best techniques in SEO in my opinion. Do not sell it for a few pennies, actually use it to boost another project. (At least use it to promote a semi-relevant website) - or flood the homepage with relevant, unique content and then link it.
