Best url structure

I have a domain which is called, for example, who-is.com. I want to write a couple of articles about who are different people, for example... who is Picasso. My question is what would be a better way (better optimised for search engines) to name the urls:

    option 1: who-is.com/who-is-picasso

    Option 2: who-is.com/picasso

All the rest being equal, what structure would be best to be found for the search query:

    Who is Picasso? Thanks.

I would personally go for option 2. I think the other words would be classed as stop words anyway. It would also depend on the keywords you were going after, if you had:

who is.com/who is picasso - and your key words were "who is" then you would have a high density in your url.

Thanks CaffinePhil... I am going after the full sentence... who is picasso and wonder which one of the two would rank first (being all the rest equal)

Option 2. The domain name will give you the "who is".
