Best url shortener w. tracking?

    What is the best url shortener that has tracking so you see how many click on it?

    I'm talking about something that simply redirects the person to the correct url from the short url.

    I need one that you can have an account at and has tracking.

    Another thing I like is that you can automatically submit your links to Google for indexing after shortening them.

    The site is new but I have already used it for 5 links and it works great so I have not searched for something else yet. :)

    Okay, well I found another one.
    tr.im

    Just make sure to make an account before tr.imming an url.

    This has statistics, and a custom url feature.

    I think I'll use it because its much older and more stable maybe.
