Either number 1 or 2 will work. And targeting the long tail should be good, as long as the search volume is there...

I think www.abc.com/tv-lcd.html is best for SEO, I've used it and found very effective

I'd opt for #2, the reason is that search engines will understand that there are 2 seperate words and readers will easily see that it's about LCD TV's and not LCDTV whatever that might be (for example).

the second choise (tv-lcd)is the best for seo. Only if you are choosing a domain name you should take tvlcd.

The shortest one is the best.
I have heard that google is starting to penalize your site if you create a long domain.

The second one is the best.
it is easy to understand for people and it works well with Google.
I am using it and so are plenty of the top bloggers and SEO experts.

Why domain should be tvlcd.com not tv-lcd.com??

So google will think that "-" is also one character and it will mark - same as other character such 0,1,2....a, b, c.... like tv1lcd.com

if you think so, why inner page should not tvlcd.html instead of tv-lcd.html

The First URL is best with the point of SEO and Visitor.

Visitor Point of View- It is easy remember-able.

SEO Point of View- Good don't like such type character like -, *, %, $ ect.

I feel all the three options are good. It depends on the methodology adopted by the one who searches the Internet too.

You shouldn't add dashes into the domain name because it's easy for users to remember them without. but for sub pages you should use dashes because they will generally be longer phrases so dashes make them easier to crawl (and read).

First and second, both are good and work fine for you. As per my knowledge, both are fine and effectiveness will be same.
