Best Untraceable Traffic Money Can Buy...Where is It?

What's the best source for traffic that can't be traced.

For example, www.exampletrafficsite.com (not a real site, just an example I made up)sells traffic, but when traffic is sent, its sent from that website...in other words traffic that leaves the referrer blank is what I'd like.

Anyone know of any websites that deliever this type of traffic?

 

What you are looking for sounds fairly shady...but anyway...I doubt there is anything
that you can do that will prevent you from being traced if someone really wants to find you.
Everything online is traced or tracked in some form or another....
