Ok, I'm trying to do some link development using a blog finder software. I want to make use of its proxy settings but seem to only find proxy's that are already noted as SPAM by wordpress blogs and other sites. I have two questions:: 1) where can I find fast, proxies that are not already noted as spammed. Free or Bought, does not matter 2) does making comments with proxies from other countries matter? Are the blog owners going to look into where your commenting IP is coming from?
