Best type of site to small business with?

    Hi,

    I am going to make a new site mainly with a view to earn online. The niches on which I think I can easily make, run and promote my site are

    1) Make Money online

    2) Cars

    3) Fun - Jokes, stories, games, etc

    4) Mobiles Phones

    Can anyone tell me which type of site is best to start initially. For Example;

    1) A Forum

    2) Informative static website

    3) Blog

    4) Directory

    5) Any other type which you can Recommend

    I hope all you people will help me. Waiting for positive replies.

    IMO,the niche you listed already saturated and its no point of continue joining the niche.
    Anyway,in my opinion,forum is the best platform to run the site.
    Mainly it due to the 2 way interaction between user 2 user and user can share their funny jokes at your forum.
    Other than that,forum can be more easily monetize if compare to other kind of platform.

    I suggest starting with a static site, that can act as a base earner. :)
