I make this site on January 2, 2010 so the site is very new and the value it has only from programming perspective...

Twit-apps.com is a twitter applications directory like twedir, twtbase, and a lot more but this is more advanced and more optimized in terms of SEO. The design is unique and only used on this site. The site pretty much runs on itself. The website allows its visitors to rate any applications easily and those with highest ratings will go up to the popular applications listing page.

The website has a Twitter account which I set it up by myself. You can easily integrate the Twitter account with the new application that you approve if you want to. By promoting this in Twitter and other sites, you do have potential to make the site run automatically by itself.

All new applications submitted by users will always go into moderation queue and you as admin have to approve them (to avoid spams). The monetization feature has been built in as well, those with featured applications would have to pay you for certain amount of money, before you can make them "featured".

The site doesn't have any traffic at the moment but if you tell someone to make such site, it would require you to pay a lot of money. By buying from me, what you need to do is only to market the site and that's it. Spam protection scripts have been built in (including recaptcha), twitter account has been integrated in the bottom of the site, and even when you click the URL from the application page, we iframe the application site so people actually haven't gone yet from twit-apps.com

The potential is huge because if you see other twitter applications directories, they are not properly optimized. We have "twit-apps.com" as the domain name and "twitter applications" as our main keyword. That's already a huge advantage.

No traffic at the moment but I have make the site indexed in Google and amount of backlinks keep going up

alexa rank is 8,543,767 and cant find any sites linking in...
not bad so far, but not worth nearly 1000 bucks.

Try to code the site yourself, it will take at least 10 days unless you overwork it. There's admin control page to filter spams, to make one app featured (after they pay), to create categories, and so on...

Try to CLONE the site and find the cheapest programmer you can find. Impossible you can clone this site for less than $250, unless that coder needs food so bad If you use a coding company in US (not Asia or Eastern Europe countries) you will need at least $800.

10 PAGES INDEXED IS A GOOD THING. The site is only one week old and I don't promote it at all. If you don't link to this site FROM ANYWHERE, can you get 10 pages indexed in less than a week?

The site doesn't make money it's true...the site doesn't have traffic it's true, why? Because I only create it and resell it. $250 IS A FAIR PRICE. I didn't ask for $1000, it's just the BIN price, I dont mind even if this site gets sold for just $250 or $300. $25 is a joke, go use wordpress if you want $25
