Hey, My old pinnacle PCI PCTV stereo is awful with LCD Monitor (I had to get a driver for 64 bit motherboard) still the output is fuzzy for videos with clouds or fire... So any ideas/config ? I am open to a new computer / Tv tuner ! All i need is decent PVR + Computer ! Any help appreciated !
