Best Turnkey??

    I would like to get into E-commerce or some kind of turnkey site. Anyone know any cheap turnkeys or free turnkeys? What have you had success with? I have found a site that offers resaler traffic turnkey. The cost for the script is $100 and can sell packages up to $389 for 1,000,000 vistors. Will people actually buy that? I have a little more then $100 worth of advertisement credits for Adwords, ect.
