Best Training Path For Beginner?

    So I want to learn how to develop dynamic websites? What and where is the best way to train? What languages should I learn and in what order? I am willing to pay a substantial amount for good training but obviously less is better.

    First it is necessary to to study HTML, CSS, javascript.
    Then, a programming language and database, such as PHP and MySQL.

    HTML, CSS, Javascript than PHP you have to learn, then database. After learning this you would be able to build dynamic site.
