    Google Keywords Tool is the best Tool for keywords research. SEO contain on-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO, I think there is no strong tool can do all of these. More and more SEO tools available now, such as meta tag tool, keywords tool etc...

    Are you looking for keyword research, bookmarking, blog commenting, article submissions, rank tracking....? I could go on, but you get the point.

    I use Market Samurai for keyword research. With MS we can see the strength of competition of a certain keyword in top10 google search result, but it's not free :) . Google Keyword Tools is the best for free tool .
