Best Tools for Backlink checking??

I have two questions..

1- please tell me best tool to check backlinks

2-I have made comment at PR5-PR7 blos. I used iwebtool.com/backlink_checker
its shows backlink with PR 0
can you tell me why is that so?

Yes I just search google for good free backlink checkers and it seems to work out great for me.

I usually use iwebtool.com .. whenever i want to check indexed pages i use same site as well.

I use the link popularity tool at Submit Express (I don't have enough posts made to include the link, sorry) I find it reasonably good, but will check out some of the ones already mentioned by previous responders to the question.

Why most of backlinks checker tools give different result??

mostly, yahoo site explorer give me more result.
