    I think Opensiteexplorer is also a good alternate of backlinkwatch, you can get deep details about your site backlinks and competitor backlinks as well.

    Google webmaster tools has some info about this. I sometimes use awstats.

    no dought there are loots of tools but in my point of view you take back-link which may be more helpfull for you
