best tool for posting on multiple social networks?

    What is the best tool or app for this?

    If I post on Twitter I would also like it to go to my FB fanpage.

    Also is their a good Wordpress plugin for when you publish a new post it shows up in FB and twitter?

    I do not get any app that allow to post in twitter and show in the same time in facebook .
    But facebook do have such application that allow you to post in facebook and at the same time post in twitter as well.
    i do looking for plugin which allow us to post in facebook , at the same time it will post the same thing in google plus and twitter fan page.

    there are a lot of bookmarking tools but some of them do spamming. So better to do it manually.
