    It's still good but I dont think MKT SAM is the best anymore, especially since they switched to Bing data.

    Google Adword keyword tool is good for keyword research.It can help you to find out the keywords with their Global,Local monthly search and PPC of that keywords and also competition of keywords.

    I just use the tracking in cPanel. Work's fine for me. I don't need every single detail.
