Best Tool For Finding and Managing Websites to Link with by Keyword

Hi,

I want to undertake a campaign of targetting websites and blogs relating to my Niche.

I was wondering what the best software out there is for doing this sort of thing?

It should:
- Allow me to find and store websites/blogs based on keyword
- Allow me to manage these sites - IE let me mark them as contacted, pending reply etc.
- Allow me to email several website at once.
- Ideally extract contact email.
- Give some metrics of the websites, such as PR and maybe backlinks.

Sounds like a great tool, I would like something like this as well!

 

I've so far used plain old excel. Can be quite versatile when mastered to a certain degree ;-)
