I don't think any one tool is can be the best... my best results has always been using a variety of different tools to get the job done.

 

You can select Rank checker /Rank tracker to ascertain the SERP of your entire website in one proceed. But i would in person recommend to checker significant keywords manually as any device will not give exact position.

I have heard, I have not seen or have any experience for myself, that google's algorithm is starting to penalize websites when page rank software is being used to check page rank. Use google webmaster tools to see what pages and for what keywords you are ranking for.
