Best tool for checking how often keywords are searched for

I used to use Google Adwords Keyword tool to check how often a keyword is searched for before deciding which keywords to target.

Now however G demands I sign in with an Adwords account and wants to know how much money I'll spend on a campaign.

Is there any other tool I can use to check this info??
