    Hi Moon,

I just started using Link Diagnostics and its working out quite well. You can import the data into a spreadsheet too. You can also use it to research competitors.

Honestly, I just use Yahoo! Site Explorer. I really don't know of any site or program that will show each and every single backlink to your site.

Y! Site Explorer is easily the best, it offers links to the individual pages and gives you statistics on it.

Nothing will show you all links......they are simply tools that can be somewhat useful but most are simple programs that can do the job in a somewhat acceptable fashion.

You should worry less about links and more about great content that will attract visitors who will build links to your great content.

Artificial link building is easily detected and usually will hurt a website more than help it.....

As far as your own sites are concerned, the data (links) from your google webmaster account is the first tool to be used.

As for other sites, Yahoo explorer is the most comprehensive tool : it shows you the links to either one URL or the whole site.

Be aware that finding a link in google webmaster or yahoo explorer tells nothing about the weight and relevancy of the link. They are just simple lists of links. A link listed in Google webmaster or Yahoo explorer may be a nofollow link or have very little weight, if any.

I don't think there is a back link check tool which can show all the backlinks that a certain site got.

But, there is Yahoo! site explorer here, which is free and effective. So I guess, it is not bad.:)

You can check your backlinks using Google webmaster tool and yahoo search(Just to let you know that these tools do not provide the exact number of links as well.)
