    "Traffic builders" is in your domain, so it is wise to use it in your title too.

    You can add other related keywords together like "Website Marketing", "Internet Marketing", etc which you already have.

    Maybe, you can replace "Traffic builders blog" to "Free traffic builders"

    thanks elenabush I was stressing out on that topic for a darn while but on another post I found out that maybe he title might be longer... and it coul providing that the permalink structure in the all in one seo pak is correct in meta structure.....

    Anytime you want to decide which keywords to target for a page, use Google Adwords to find out what keywords people are actually searching for and how often they search for each keyword. If you use the exact match option, you will find whether people search more often for - eg "website marketing" or "marketing website".

    In your example, I would guess that not many people search for "Traffic Builders Site" and so would miss out site (unnecessary words just dilute the value of your real keywords) - but Google adwords will tell you this.
