I just take deep breaths and I think about the consequences before I act out my rage. Keeps my anger in check because I might regret doing something later on.

If I'm angry at someone for a good reason I'll tell them. If it's something little I'll take a walk, or do something that requires a lot of effort. Holding it in isn't healthy, eventually it'll surface. It's best to just get it out of your system.
