Hold it in..... as much as you can.... I think that is the best tip.
Never let your anger out. :)

I just take deep breaths and I think about the consequences before I act out my rage. Keeps my anger in check because I might regret doing something later on.

is it too early for flapjacks?

I totally agree. you should keep that to yourself. way down inside.

put your anger in a box, then lock this box, then take that box and drop in the ocean, and throw the key inside the dunes of the sahara.

If I'm angry at someone for a good reason I'll tell them.

If it's something little I'll take a walk, or do something that requires a lot of effort.

Holding it in isn't healthy, eventually it'll surface. It's best to just get it out of your system.

Whenever I get angry I go away from the person caused this. Usually stay quite and try to relax.

Use laughter therapy for this purpose. Laugh loudly whenever you get angry. This helps :p

    Plan revenge.

Don't physically harm the other person or anything like that. Revenge can be a mental thing as well.

well i guess throwing like a gurl has its good points, no chance of throwing your arm out. hmmm no chance of throwing the ball in the direction you meant to throw it either :(
i guess that keeps Max guessing

Remember that anger doesnt solve the problem. But if you want to be a girl, go ahead and cry, shout or whatever that make you feel better.

Yeah, I second the idea of just not getting angry. I mean there is nothing really worth stressing over...
