Best time of DAY/WEEK to post...

    Hello everyone,

    I have a couple of quick questions. What is considered the best time of day to post content? What is considered the best day(s) during the week to post as well?

    I've read that the best time to post content is 11AM EST since the west coast will receive it at 8AM their time. Does anyone have any experience with this they'd like to share? I currently post 3-5 times a day on my blog and I'd like to know if the post should be scheduled through out the day or lumped all into one time period, say 11AM.

    Also, I'd like some feedback with posting on the weekends. Is it a good idea to post frequently or even your best content during the week or wait until the weekdays while people may be surfing at work ;)

    I think there is no BEST time. Best time is now. Best day is today. If you have some decent number of visitors, they will see your update on there next visit.

    Best time depends on your target market. Same as your thoughts were you do the timing for all your post yet nvidura has his point also.

    Time on post not depend of time, it only depend your content and grammar correction if your blog are related to news so on this way time is key of success.

    Yes, start posting now, you can make schedule or save as a draft. Don't make slow from the work of blogging for just asking what is the best....to start....

    There is no particular time. As long as you feel like posting it, then do it.

    This is purely a matter of personal preference. It doesn't affect anything whether you post on a Wednesday or a Saturday. It helps though to post new, original content whenever possible as this helps get your site indexed more often by search engines.

    In my opinion, it really depends on your preference. Putting it on a schedule is a good idea. So that's something you have to decided. However, the reason maybe why others think that there is a designated time on when to publish a post is that they it on how the time where they get the highest website traffic. In my opinion, that's about it.

    If you are targeting west post on western working hours and if you are targeting the east do the vice versa.

    The right time to post content is every time,every day.All that matters is that one does this on a regular basis
