    On my forum this Gif Animation Thread rocks :)

    It has got 3k+ views so far and still getting many visitors only to this thread.

    The Best thread i ever saw was on a forum im a member of www.corsa-c.co.uk the title was stray dog help?
    the guy was having a laugh but made it look serious that he had a stray dog in his garden! when he took pics we all laughed because it was a fox! that one thread reveived over 125k hits within 6 hours! and the guy got banned for it because he caused the website to crash lol!! was hilarious though i think you can still find it on google if you type stray dog help. it was removed from the corsa forum but is still lurking on others :)

    The "What Are You Listening To?" thread on my previously owned forum has the most replies. Nearly a thousand, so it does attract the most attention. It's one of those simple list threads though, so that doesn't really mean it benefited the forum that much in the long run.

    I lock threads that hit about 1000 replies. They are a real problem for databases imho as it can be a very long query. Most of those giant threads are off-topic spammy anyways.

    Here is right now my longest thread (1595 replies) before it got locked:

    What is your Ctrl+V?
