I am about to start a blog thats about watching videos. So logically, I shud have a theme thats going to let the users play videos very easily instead of going in to every posts etc. Can you link me to a suitable theme? I have looked a lot, but cudnt find anything interesting.

I must say that unfortunately there are no really cool video themes currently However you could check out Woothemes (although i don't really like it).
