Best Tax free country where Paypal is also allowed

    I would like to know the best country (a tax free country) where paypal account can be opened and operated without issue (issues like faced by Paypal Turkey, Paypal India, etc).

    Please share your thoughts/information.

    There's no tax fee country. How will the government run if there are no taxes?

    all govts are now practically after the tax evaders. so its not a good idea nowdays searching for tax free country,

    In next two years or so every transaction on internet is going to be taxable. Not a single country is un-taxable for internet transactions as far as my observation is concerned. Also keeping money on payment processor account is illegal by many government. India, Brazil and some other government already spotted this loophole from paypal and are now taking action against this illegal activity.
