Best suggested CPM program.

    I am looking for high rates for cpm. NOT cpc. I have a website with high traffic, so I just am looking for the highest paying cpm program, what do you think it is?

    I heard ValueClickMedia gives a high CPM rate, but also very hard to get into.

    YesAdvertising will pay you up to $0.20/raw cpm on banners.
    - but to get in you first have to use there pop-up service and serve 30k popups in a month.
    If your willing to run the popups til you have done the 30k then they might me good for you.

    the news room only pay for video feed if the user plays it so it's 3,5$ for every 1000 plays :S, but they pay for each impression on text and image articles, but their rates have dropped a lot in the last 3 months :S, now they're at 0,10$ per 1000 impressions
