I have read Posting Guidelines. I have 1 suggestion:
Guidlines show the way new member have no right to follow.

Maybe it will be a little bit better to attache some positive examples starting at forum which would be well seen. I mean to show examples of some simple ways to post.
    Example:
First introduce yourself, than you can easily write on ( list of legal topics for new members)

It will help new users to not step on prohibited territory and find out that posting is impossible for now.

Conclusion: Please consider to show positive way starting at forum. New members will appreciate that. :)

This is already covered in the FAQs, where it's made clear what areas they cannot post in. There's no reason for us to then list the places where they can - they can post in any discussion area, according to their own preferences. If they take the time to read the rules and stickies before starting, they won't have any problems figuring out what kinds of posts aren't allowed. And that's commons sense after joining any online community.
