Do you know any sites that offer Pay Per Click if you drive visitors to their site? I'm not talking about something like AdSense, where Google chose what sites to display on yours. I am looking for sites that will allow me a kind of affiliation, where I am paid just for bringing them visitors.
By the way, is there a specific name for this action? (Pay Per Bringing Visitors or something?)

    An example :
    http://www.productreview.com.au/affiliate/affiliate_welcome.php
(unlike a regular affiliate program, this one does not force me to sell something in order to receive money from them)

"Link selling" doesn't mean that I put, for a price, my link on somebody's site? If "Yes", that's not what I'm looking for.

I seek sites that pay me to bringing visitors to them, even if I don't have any website to put their links on. In a link selling process, I must have a website, don't I?

I understand what you mean. Your looking for a traffic off seller. Usually they work on a lead basis and pay per 1000 unique first clicks or per second unique click. You would need your own site to arbitrage in this way to make it worthwhile.

It's nothing wrong, but it's the only one I know and the number of unique visitors that will convert to first-time visitors will decrease rapidly. That's why I was looking for more sites of its kind.

We are not talking about a advertising program. We are talking about programs that pay you to send them traffic which they then resell.

If by "autosurf" you mean using program that click for me, then no, I don't use them. What I try to do is arbitrage in a legal way, by sending cheap traffic to sites that pays me more than I pay for getting the traffic. Obviously, I have to take the risk of getting less than I invested.

The problem I have with programs like AdSense is that Google deals with the sites that pay per click. I want to deal directly with such sites. By the way, when I use the word "program", I'm not referring to a software but to the way that a company handles the sites that are part of the network. Maybe that's why Jasperrr thought I'm using autosurf :)

To put in other words, I'm looking for sites that deal directly with the end person who can get them traffic.
Google way : Site A needs traffic, Person B needs money. Person B brings traffic to Site A, using AdSense. Google is paid by Site A and Google gives Person B a cut.
What I want: Site A needs traffic, Person B needs money. Person B brings traffic directly to Site A. Site A pays Person B directly.

In almost all affiliate programs I've seen, someone is paid for making a sell. I want a site that pays for the first visit.

Why I don't want to have an website? Compare this:
    - I advertise for my site. People come, some of them click on the ads and go to the target site. (x %conversion)
    - I advertise directly the target site. All the people who access the link I advertise, access directly the target site. (100% conversion)
When I buy traffic, they ask me: "Where to send that traffic?" and I say "Send it to the target site".
If I advertise directly the target site, why would I need an website? It's an one-step process, not two-steps.

From what I understand, they ask me to have an website:
"Please provide details of the web site where you will be placing the advertisements."
