Yaa, all games are good for health. but if you have heart disease then u can play chess, carrom and other indoor games . In outdoor games will have to work hard. so You have face lots of problems
i think that, swimming is improve in our health activity.. and make skipping and some physical games are do better in our health...
you are right swimming is best exercise but its not a sport it counts in athletics i think Cricket is best sport to improve our stamina

For me, the best exercise is swimming for it involves all the muscles of the body. And as far as I know, it is the exercise that burns the most number of calories. But that's just me.. What do you guys think?
