    health is clearly more valuable than the sport but are equally healthy too ... maih sport could suffer if the unhealthy kesekaita but obviously healthy

    health is the best for swimming and walking every morning ... if we pool three times a week it will add to our stature, while if we run every morning, then the circulation in our body will go well ... i think so

    The best sports for you depend on what you want to be good at. swimming and running are good for legs and arms. cycling is good for your lower body. football builds up strength in every part of your body.chess and cricket also is better for your mind. that's why I think all the sports is better for health.

    The best things for your heart are cardio. The best and most complete cardio is swimming. Total body, that is polymetric cardio, with the least amount of impact. Running will mess up your knees and feet if you do it enough. Aside from that I would recommend biking.

    running not more than 1 hour , 3 times a week, only if u dont have heart problem. It can increase significanly the capacity of lungs n strength of heart muscle !
